Return

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items. Products must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.

For shipped orders, we’ve made the return process simple: Use the reusable shipping bag and the GLS return label in the bag.

To return, just pack the item in the same bag, stick on the label, and drop it off at your nearest GLS parcel shop.

If you use the included return label, a fee of 59 DKK will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling.

You're always welcome to return or exchange items for free in-store at Gammel Kongevej 41, Copenhagen.
